In addition, Travis regularly leads groups of executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners on high-adventure team building expeditions around the world. He has considerable national and international experience, including a major joint venture initiative with IWS, a management consulting firm based in New Castle, Australia, as well as large-scale leadership/culture building initiatives in the Philippines.

He was a faculty member at the University of Utah, Department of Communication, and is currently an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix. Steve Cleveland

Culture Builder

Steve Cleveland has had thirty-six years of “Culture Building” experiences as a Head Basketball Coach at the High School, Junior College, and Division One Level. None were more Challenging then his Collegiate Experiences at BYU & Fresno State.

BYU was coming off a “one” win season and eight years later, Coach Cleve and his staff were able to establish a Culture and Identity that included Three NCAA and Two NIT appearances, Three MWC Championships, #1 graduation rate in the MWC and two NBA Draft picks, and several European League players.

Restoring a Culture, Identity and Credibility at Fresno State during a five-year period of NCAA Probation, Sanctions and Scholarship reductions was Coach Cleve’s greatest challenge as a head coach.

His vision was to develop a Culture of NCAA Compliance, Academic Integrity, Institutional Support, and Recruiting Credibility.Six years later Fresno State would see the highest APR (Academic) increase in NCAA History, no Probation or Sanctions, and a Restoration of the programs Integrity and Credibility. Along the way there was one NIT Bid and two NBA Draft Picks. The establishment of a “New Culture” set the foundation for the programs on court success today.
